These can also be some projects you have championed over the passage of time. ü Use STAR formula and state where you used it- include all the references to the actions you took in the company when various adverse situations cropped up.

ü Description of the actions you took- You might have led a lazy team, or worked under stress resulting in non performance of the other staffs mounting on you, reworking sales method, generating sales lead, etc.

ü List the ultimate outcome of each undertaken projects and metrics- Be descriptive here and pen down all your results of the projects you have done so far for the company. Also state whether the company was able to make profit from your projects or not.
